HB 764 -- POW/MIA Day Co-Sponsors: Ward, Boucher This bill designates the third Friday of September as "POW/MIA Day." The people of the state of Missouri and veterans' organizations are requested to devote a portion of the day to remember and honor the members of the armed forces of the United States who were prisoners of war or missing in action.
