HB 751 -- Prevailing Wage Co-Sponsors: Sallee, Marble This bill allows any political subdivisions located in or comprising a county with an assessed valuation of less than $300 million (third classification), upon a vote of the people, to be excluded from the state prevailing wage law, and sets forth required language for the ballot.
