HB 738 -- Parenting Plans

Co-Sponsors:  Monaco, Campbell

This bill requires the petitioner and the respondent in a
proceeding involving child custody or visitation issues to
submit a proposed parenting plan, either individually or
jointly, within 30 days after service of process.  Under current
law, the petitioner submits a proposed parenting plan at the
time of filing the petition or motion and the respondent submits
a plan with the filed answer or within 30 days after service of
process.
