HB 714 -- Civil Immunity

Sponsor:  Gratz

Except for acts of gross negligence, this bill prohibits civil
actions against registered athletic trainers based on assistance
given at the scene of an accident or to a minor at a competitive
sports event.  The bill exempts a trainer's gross negligence
from its provisions.
