HB 695 -- Continuances in Domestic Relations Proceedings

Sponsor:  Hollingsworth

This bill prohibits the granting of a continuance in a domestic
relations proceeding within 48 hours of a scheduled hearing if
one of the parties is a member of the military, unless the
military party requests the continuance due to emergency duty
orders.
