Beverages

Sponsor: Vogel

This bill requires the Department of Health to set an inspection
fee on soft drinks and beverages by administrative rule at a

cost and expense of administering the inspection program. Under
current law, the fee for inspection may not exceed 4 cents per
month per case of 24 bottles or cans of the manufacturer's
bottling or canning capacity.
