HB 649 -- Sexual Misconduct Co-Sponsors: Van Zandt, Bray, Harlan, Riback Wilson, Shelton, Daniel (42), Gunn This bill removes deviate sexual intercourse with a partner of the same sex as a category of sexual misconduct in the first degree. The bill also clarifies that sexual misconduct in the first degree is committed without the consent of the person with whom such contact is made.
