HB 637 -- Intoxicating Liquor

Sponsor:  Hoppe

This bill permits qualified licensees in Morgan and Miller
Counties located in areas designated as convention trade zones
to sell liquor by the drink until 3:00 a.m.  The bill also
permits restaurant bars to begin serving liquor by the drink at
11:00 a.m. Sunday morning rather than at 12:00 noon.
