HB 631 -- Nursing Home Violations Sponsor: Ladd Stokan Current law provides for the penalties collected from nursing homes for violations of state or federal standards to be deposited into the Elderly Home Delivered Meals Trust Fund. This bill specifies that these penalties are not to be considered as charitable contributions for tax purposes.
