HB 608 -- Petition Signatures Sponsor: Reynolds This bill requires the Secretary of State to void the entire page of signatures on an initiative or referendum petition whenever: (a) One or more signatures on the page are fraudulent; and (b) A paid petition circulator obtained the fraudulent signatures.
