Co-Sponsors: Barry, Kreider, Crump, Koller, Leake

This bill allows licensed certified registered nurse
anesthetists in good faith to prescribe and administer
controlled substances, drugs, and devices within perioperative
settings.

Nurses under the direction or supervision of licensed certified
registered nurse anesthetists are also allowed to administer or
dispense controlled substances and devices. Licensed certified
registered nurse anesthetists cannot cause graduate physicians
