HB 582 -- St. Louis Police Retirement Sponsor: Kennedy This bill raises the multiplier for the St. Louis Police retirement system from 4% to 5% of average final compensation for each year after 25 years of service and raises the total benefit amount cap from 70% to 75% of average final compensation.
