HB 580 -- Interstate Orders of Protection Sponsor: Hosmer This bill requires that a certified foreign order of protection be enforced in Missouri without prior registration or recognition of the order by a circuit court. Under current law, a foreign order of protection first must be registered before it will be enforced by a law enforcement officer.
