HB 55 -- Wheelchair Parking

Sponsor:  Boucher

This bill allows any person issued a special license plate or
windshield placard designated disabled who uses a wheelchair or
transports a person who uses a wheelchair, upon request, to
obtain a parking cone bearing the international symbol of
accessibility and the words "wheelchair parking space".  The
bill specifies the size, color, and material for the parking
cones and authorizes the Department of Revenue to promulgate
rules and regulations to administer the provisions of the bill.
