HB 540 -- Assessment of Home-schooled Children

Sponsor:  Skaggs

This bill requires children undergoing home schooling to
participate in the statewide assessment program.  The school
district of residency will establish a testing fee no higher
than the per-pupil cost of assessment for students attending
district schools.
