HB 539 -- Juvenile Court Jurisdiction Co-Sponsors: Gibbons, McClelland, Bartelsmeyer, Levin, Chrismer, Ostmann, Naeger, Sallee, Kasten This bill removes from the exclusive original jurisdiction of the juvenile courts any proceeding involving a child who is alleged to have violated a state or municipal ordinance prohibiting possession or use of any tobacco product.
