HB 534 -- Venue for Guardianship Proceedings Co-Sponsors: Gibbons, Ladd Stokan, Loudon This bill adds to the list of counties in which a guardianship/conservatorship proceeding may be instituted, any county within a judicial circuit that has prior and continuing jurisdiction over a minor pursuant to the juvenile court laws.
