HB 520 -- Income Tax Credit for Real Property Tax Paid

Co-Sponsors:  McClelland, Gibbons, Cierpiot, Froelker, Hanaway,
Marble

This bill authorizes an individual income tax credit equal to
10% of real property taxes paid by a taxpayer on residential
property which is the principal residence of the taxpayer.

This bill will become effective January 1, 2000.
