This bill allows the city of Grain Valley to impose a tax of at
least 2% but not more than 5% on the charges for all sleeping
rooms of hotels, motels, bed and breakfast inns, campgrounds,
and any docking facility which rents slips to recreation boats
used by transient guests for sleeping.
