HB 509 -- Transfers of School Funds Sponsor: Froelker This bill eliminates the requirement that school districts maintain the debt service fund as a separate bank account and raises the bonded indebtedness limit on 6- and 18-cent transfers from 10% to the constitutional limit of 15%.
