HB 506 -- Assessment of Motor Vehicles

Sponsor:  Froelker

This bill requires the assessor to consider mileage of a vehicle
when valuing the vehicle for purposes of personal property
taxation.  Provisions are added to allow the taxpayer to report
the true vehicle mileage when property is listed with the
assessor.
