HB 50 -- Weigh Stations Co-Sponsors: Hartzler (124), Koller Currently, all commercial motor vehicles, except those licensed for a gross weight of not more than 12,000 pounds, must stop at an official weigh station. This bill increases that exemption from 12,000 to 18,000 pounds.
