HB 495 -- Traffic Regulations

Sponsor:  Kissell

Under this bill, it will be unlawful to drive on a road which
has been divided into 2 or more roadways except to the right of
a dividing barrier or section or to make any left turn or U-turn
on such divided highway, except at an intersection or
interchange.  Currently, left turns or U-turns can only be at a
crossover or intersection.
