HB 483 -- Lobbyists' Reports

Co-Sponsors: Williams (121), Murray

This bill clarifies the reporting requirement for lobbyists when
public officials, their staffs, or their families ask them to
give money, services, or gifts to certain organizations or
persons. In these circumstances, the bill requires lobbyists to
report the names of the organizations or persons who receive the
expenditures. Lobbyists do not report the names of the public
officials, staff members, or family members who requested the
expenditures.
