HB 479 -- Insurance Agents Sponsor: Ward This bill modifies the general definition of an insurance agent. Currently, the definition does not consider the attorney in fact to be an agent. The bill specifies that only the attorney in fact for a reciprocal insurer is not considered an insurance agent.
