HB 465 -- Nursing Facility Reimbursement Allowance

Through the Nursing Facility Reimbursement Allowance, current
law provides for an assessment on nursing facilities as a means
to provide enhanced reimbursement to nursing homes participating
in the Medicaid program.  This bill extends the expiration date
for the Nursing Facility Reimbursement Allowance from September
30, 1999, to September 30, 2002.
