HB 463 -- School Tuition Co-Sponsors: Bartle, Kelley (47), Ross, Cierpiot Currently, children of teachers and regular employees of a school district who do not reside in the district may attend district schools without paying tuition. This bill requires that such children attending Lee's Summit district pay nonresident tuition.
