HB 461 -- Special Education Students in St. Louis City

Sponsor:  O'Toole

This bill permits employees of the City of St. Louis who are
required to live within the city limits to enroll their children
who qualify for special education services in the Special School
District.  The St. Louis Public Schools must provide funds to
the Special School District for such students as though the city
were part of the Special School District.
