HB 440 -- Stealing Gasoline Co-Sponsors: McClelland, Ostmann This bill requires the Director of Revenue to suspend for 6 months the driver's license of any person convicted of stealing gasoline from a filling station. Law enforcement officers are required to notify the Department of Revenue on a form approved by the department when a person is arrested for stealing gasoline from a filling station.
