HB 408 -- Motor Vehicle License Plate Replacement

This bill allows any person applying for a replacement to a
stolen license plate or tab to receive, at no cost, up to 2
license plates or tabs per year when the application is
accompanied with a police report of a stolen license plate or
tab.
