HB 397 -- Insurance Coverage of Loaned Vehicles

The bill requires motor vehicle insurers to extend coverage to
include other motor vehicles operated by the insured, if those
vehicles are loaned for demonstration or replacement purposes by
a business engaged in selling, repairing, servicing, renting, or
leasing vehicles.  The extension of coverage also applies to
occupants of the loaned vehicles.
