HB 375 -- Property Tax on Motor Vehicles

Sponsor:  Chrismer

This bill assesses certain used motor vehicles for purposes of
personal property tax at $300.  Used motor vehicles are motor
vehicles which are at least 6 years of age, excluding
manufactured homes.

This bill will become effective January 1, 2000.
