HB 373 -- Taxation of Persons With Disabilities Sponsor: Seigfreid This bill authorizes an additional $500 personal exemption for persons who are legally disabled. The bill also removes the state and local sales and use tax exemption on the sale of over-the-counter or nonprescription drugs to persons with disabilities.
