This bill requires persons under age 21 who have been
adjudicated as delinquent by a juvenile court for certain felony
sex offenses to register with the county juvenile office within
10 days of moving into the county.

The person is required to provide fingerprints, a photo, and a
written statement containing the person's name, address, social
security number, phone number, school, place of employment, and
a description of the offense.

The official in charge of the person's custody is required to
inform the person of the registration requirement when the
person is released from custody.  The official is also required
to inform the juvenile office of the county where the person
expects to reside.
