HB 307 -- Sales Tax Exemptions

Sponsor:  Leake

This bill exempts from state and local sales and use taxes all
sales of repair and replacement parts of grain bins used for
storage of grain for resale.

The bill also exempts from state and local sales and use taxes
all merchandise sold for use in the final disposition of a dead
human body and merchandise used in a funeral, burial, or
cremation service.
