HB 306 -- Meal and Transportation Services for the Elderly

Sponsor: Davis (63)

Current law requires that funds appropriated by the General
Assembly for nutrition services and home-delivered meals for the
elderly, and for transportation services for the elderly and
developmentally disabled be allocated to the Division of Aging
within the Department of Social Services. This bill removes
this allocation requirement, but allows these appropriations to
be allocated to the Division of Aging.
