HB 300 -- DRIVER'S LICENSE

This bill requires a county or municipality that takes and loses
a person's license to replace and pay all cost of replacement of
that license.  A license will be deemed lost if, after 30 days
from the date of taking the license, the municipality or county
has no legal reason for retaining the license and cannot locate
the license.
