HB 292 -- Motor Vehicle Titles

Co-Sponsors:  Foster, Pouche

This bill requires the Department of Revenue, beginning January
1, 2000, to indicate the fair market value of all vehicles on
their title.  The fair market value will be the purchase price
for a new vehicle and for other vehicles it will be the trade-in
value published in the National Automobile Dealers' Association
Official Used Car Guide or its successor publication.
