HB 217 -- Child Support Enforcement

This bill prohibits a lien for unpaid or delinquent child
support from attaching to workers' compensation death benefits
or burial expenses payable to a statutory dependent of a
deceased obligor unless the dependent is also an obligor
delinquent in child support payments.
