HB 214 -- Income Tax Credit for Property Tax Sponsor: Parker This bill authorizes a corporate and individual income tax credit for real property taxes paid by a taxpayer. The credit is limited annually to the lesser of $200 or 50% of real property taxes paid by the taxpayer during the taxable year. This bill will become effective January 1, 1999.
