HB 210 -- Driver's License Revocation

Sponsor: Parker

This bill limits the situations in which the Department of
Revenue must suspend or revoke the license of a person arrested
upon probable cause for driving a motor vehicle with excessive
alcohol concentration in his or her system to situations in
which the person was lawfully stopped. Current law does not
require that the stop be lawful prior to a driver's license
suspension or revocation.
