HB 198 -- Absentee Ballots Sponsor: Barry Currently, the election authorities in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Jackson County cannot release the list of persons applying for absentee ballots until the Friday before an election. This bill adds the same restriction for the election authority in St. Louis County.
