HB 150 -- Juvenile Disposition and Records

Sponsor:  Ostmann

This bill allows a juvenile court when deemed proper to suspend
imposition of a juvenile disposition relating to placement and
length of stay with the Division of Youth Services.  The
suspended juvenile disposition will be closed and treated the
same as a suspended imposition of sentence in a court of general
jurisdiction.
