HB 129 -- Disclosing Health Care Information

This bill prohibits health care entities from discriminating
against a licensed health care provider who discloses
information to a public governmental body when that information
reveals a violation of a statute or a substantial danger to the
health of a person receiving health care services.  The bill
allows the health care provider to bring an action for damages
and to enforce its provisions.
