HB 114 -- Income Tax Credit for Contributions to Maternity Homes Sponsor: Barry This bill modifies the income tax credit for contributions to certain maternity homes. The bill defines contributions to mean donations of cash, stock, bonds, or other marketable securities and allows maternity homes to decline a contribution from a taxpayer.
