HB 113 -- Juvenile Boot Camp Sponsor: Crump Under this bill owners and operators of juvenile facilities participating in the boot camp program can be held civilly liable for personal injury and property damage incidents occurring outside of the facility involving juveniles in their care. The bill removes the state and other political subdivisions from civil liability regarding such matters.
