This bill requires the Governor to appear before the House of
Representatives at least once a month during every regular
session and to reply to questions by members of the House
relating to executive branch policies and the general state of
government.  The bill specifies procedures for the questions to
the Governor.

The bill has an effective date of January 1, 2001.
