HB 1055 -- Income Tax Exemption for Certain Military Pay

Sponsor:  Kreider

Effective January 1, 2000, this bill exempts from state income
tax any resident taxpayer on active military duty, including
full-time National Guard active duty, who is not stationed
within the state at any time during the tax year.
