This bill creates the Missouri Medal of Honor, to be presented
by the Governor to persons who exhibit exceptional courage in an
effort to save the life of any person in imminent danger.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that the bill would create this high
honor to recognize citizens who take great risk in saving the
life of another person.

Testifying for the bill was Representative Hampton.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
