HB 1042 -- Gaming Proceeds for Education Sponsor: Hendrickson Currently, certain moneys from excursion gambling boats deposited in the gaming proceeds for education funds are distributed to school districts through the foundation formula. This bill distributes such moneys on the basis of average daily attendance.
